House Republicans are a joke…a joke without a punch line…just an ever droning on and on about nothing. Where are all the conservatives? This country of ours is heading over a cliff and no one seems to care – It appears to be a race between the Repubs and the Dems to see how far from the constitution we can stray and how quickly we can forget how we became that “Shining City on the hill”. GROW UP!

These cuts are like spitting in the wind.  Politicians will beat their drums and tell us its an historic cut, but it’s only a drop taken out of a very large bucket.  Go here and get some perspective.

One Billion Dollars

A billion dollars looks like this.  Those are pallets single one hundred dollar bills.  That’s what it looks like.

One Trillion Dollars

A trillion dollars looks like this.  The pallets are double stacked.  The budget cuts only took the top half of the first row.  That’s what was achieved.  The current debt as of April 12, 2011 at 1610 hrs is:

So that’s 14 times the picture of about (I’m rounding down–what’s another 271 billion or so).  The cuts are meaningless once you understand what the real numbers mean.  The country just doesn’t have the means to sustain such  debt and politicians won’t make the necessary cuts.  Our nation will not be destroyed by war or jihadists.  The real enemy is the federal government itself and the socialist-agenda media.  Here’s another example of government at it’s best.
