More Good News About The Dollar

Can it really be that bad?  There is no fiscal discipline in government and the lack of restraint grows over time.  The media doesn’t address it, politicians ignore it, and the dollar is going to be victim once the dust finally settles.  The video espouses keen prescience as to what is going to happen and narrates the story well, but produces a vacuous video with no visual continuity, no charts and data, and no convincing conclusion.  It just sounds scary because there is a lot of truth to certain points that are made throughout the video.  The dollar is going to suffer given the current monetary policies of the U.S. government.  Economic laws, like gravity, will win out in the end.  Hyperinflation and other troublesome phenomena will occur just like in Argentina, Mexico, and other third world countries.  It’s inevitable.  I’m not so sure about the conspiracy regarding the “One World Government” since who really thinks this world can exist with one government.  We have 50 states and those governments don’t really see eye to eye.   Now factor in the rest of the world.

Nothing good is going to come out of this administration and this country will suffer the consequences for years to come.   The unknown turns out to be a frightening dark place, but time will tell.  If it gets really bad here, it’s going to be even worse elsewhere.

Chris Kyle R.I.P.

Farewell to a great warrior

Terrible news regarding the murder of renowned sniper Chris Kyle.  He was killed by a colleague he was trying to help.  Now we get to read, or in my case not read, the pointless comments from spineless observers who have neither honor nor courage.  His autobiography “American Sniper” detailed his heroic service to our country. He was the one who brought Karma down on our enemies, not the other way around.  My prayers are with him and his family.

Ron Paul has often spoke about sensible government, smaller government, and kept my attention since he’d discuss points that others lacked the intelligence or the spine to discuss.  He latest tweet regarding Chris Kyle makes me wonder why I even bothered to given him a moment’s notice.

Certainly, America is better off now that he is retired. Such cognitive dissonance assigns him to a different stratum of America haters.

Things aren’t looking so great for Barry.  Nevertheless, I credit his election in 2008 to the vast numbers of naive, ignorant, or stupid people who vote for Democrats.  I can’t say that Mitt has it in the bag given the aforementioned reasons.  We have so many people who lack education, fail to understand how wealth is created, and believe in the mantra that taxing the rich will fix everything while collecting government handouts for their vote.  In the real world where hard work, innovation, and family values leads to stability, wealth, and happiness, one has to wonder what values drive Barry and his policies.  We’re less than two days from the election day.  Let’s pray enough citizens with rational minds will send Barry back to Chicago, Hawaii, Jakarta, or wherever this guy is from!

 

Books will be written about what happened, but early on the president made two terrible legislative decisions. The stimulus bill was a political disaster, and it wasn’t the cost, it was the content. We were in crisis, losing jobs. People would have accepted high spending if it looked promising. But the stimulus was the same old same old, pure pork aimed at reliable constituencies. It would course through the economy with little effect. And it would not receive a single Republican vote in the House (three in the Senate), which was bad for Washington, bad for our politics. It was a catastrophic victory. It did say there was a new boss in town. But it also said the new boss was out of his league.

More Powerful And Permanent Than The Thump Of A Knight Stick

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Rodney King, the black man who came to symbolize racial tensions in the United States after his 1991 beating by police led to riots in Los Angeles a year later, was found dead in a swimming pool on Sunday in Rialto, California, police said. He was 47.

“Preliminary indications are that this is a drowning with no signs of foul play,” Rialto police said in a statement.

King was discovered by his fiancée, Rialto police Captain Randy De Anda said. The San Bernardino County Coroner’s office will conduct an autopsy, authorities said.

King’s death was reported to police Sunday morning in Rialto, about 50 miles east of Los Angeles. Police pulled his body from the swimming pool but were unable to resuscitate him, De Anda said.

King became known around the world after he and some friends were stopped by Los Angeles police on March 3, 1991, after a high-speed chase. King was beaten by baton-wielding officers while a bystander videotaped them. The video prompted a national debate on police brutality and race relations.

Rodney demonstrated how being a complete loser won’t hold you back from making millions in America.  He also taught us that the swimming pool can be much more hazardous to one’s health than disobeying the LAPD.

Passing of Ed Freeman–Medal of Honor Recipient

I received a bogus email about this hero stating that he just died and the media ignored his passing.  That wasn’t the case.  Ed Freeman passed back in 2008.  Here’s the official citation:

Captain Ed W. Freeman, United States Army, distinguished himself by numerous acts of conspicuous gallantry and extraordinary intrepidity on 14 November 1965 while serving with Company A, 229th Assault Helicopter Battalion, 1st Cavalry Division (Airmobile). As a flight leader and second in command of a 16-helicopter lift unit, he supported a heavily engaged American infantry battalion at Landing Zone X-Ray in the Ia Drang Valley, Republic of Vietnam. The unit was almost out of ammunition after taking some of the heaviest casualties of the war, fighting off a relentless attack from a highly motivated, heavily armed enemy force. When the infantry commander closed the helicopter landing zone due to intense direct enemy fire, Captain Freeman risked his own life by flying his unarmed helicopter through a gauntlet of enemy fire time after time, delivering critically needed ammunition, water and medical supplies to the besieged battalion. His flights had a direct impact on the battle’s outcome by providing the engaged units with timely supplies of ammunition critical to their survival, without which they would almost surely have gone down, with much greater loss of life. After medical evacuation helicopters refused to fly into the area due to intense enemy fire, Captain Freeman flew 14 separate rescue missions, providing life-saving evacuation of an estimated 30 seriously wounded soldiers — some of whom would not have survived had he not acted. All flights were made into a small emergency landing zone within 100 to 200 meters of the defensive perimeter where heavily committed units were perilously holding off the attacking elements. Captain Freeman’s selfless acts of great valor, extraordinary perseverance and intrepidity were far above and beyond the call of duty or mission and set a superb example of leadership and courage for all of his peers. No Matter What

Can President Obama be defeated in 2012? No. He can’t. I am going on record as saying that President Barak Obama will win a second term.

The media won’t tell you this because a good election campaign means hundreds of millions (or in Obama’s case billions) of dollars to them in advertising.

But the truth is, there simply are no conditions under which Barak Obama can be defeated in 2012.

The quality of the Republican candidate doesn’t matter. Obama gets reelected. Nine percent unemployment? No problem. Obama will win. Gas pricesmoving toward five dollars a gallon? He still wins. The economy soars or goes into the gutter. Obama wins. War in the Middle East? He wins a second term.

America’s role as the leading Superpower disappears? Hurrah for Barak Obama! The U.S. government rushes toward bankruptcy, the dollar continues to sink on world markets and the price of daily goods and services soars due to inflation fueled by Obama’s extraordinary deficit spending? Obama wins handily.

You are crazy Williams. Don’t you understand how volatile politics can be when overall economic, government, and world conditions are declining? Sure I do.

And that’s why I know Obama will win. The American people are notoriously ignorant of economics. And economics is the key to why Obama should be defeated.

Even when Obama’s policies lead the nation to final ruin, the majority of the American people are going to believe the bait-and-switch tactics Obama and his supporters in the media will use to explain why it isn’t his fault. After all, things were much worse than understood when he took office.

Obama’s reelection is really a very, very simple math problem. Consider the following:

1) Blacks will vote for Obama blindly. Period. Doesn’t matter what he does. It’s a race thing. He’s one of us,

2) College educated women will vote for Obama. Though they will be offended by this, they swoon at his oratory. It’s really not more complex than that,

3) Liberals will vote for Obama. He is their great hope,

4) Democrats will vote for Obama. He is the leader of their party and his coat tails will carry them to victory nationwide,

5) Hispanics will vote for Obama. He is the path to citizenship for those who are illegal and Hispanic leaders recognize the political clout they carry in the Democratic Party,

6) Union members will vote overwhelmingly for Obama. He is their key to money and power in business, state and local politics,

7) Big Business will support Obama. They already have. He has almost $1 Billion dollars in his reelection purse gained largely from his connections with Big Business and is gaining more everyday. Big Business loves Obama because he gives them access to taxpayer money so long as they support his social and political agenda,

8) The media love him. They may attack the people who work for him, but they love him. After all, to not love him would be racist,

9) Most other minorities and special interest groups will vote for him. Oddly, the overwhelming majority of Jews and Muslims will support him because they won’t vote Republican. American Indians will support him. Obviously homosexuals tend to vote Democratic. And lastly,

10) Approximately half of independents will vote for Obama. And he doesn’t need anywhere near that number because he has all of the groups previously mentioned. The President will win an overwhelming victory in 2012.

Elizabeth Taylor Dies at 79

Oscar winning actress Elizabeth Taylor died today at Los Angeles, Calif.’s Cedars-Sinai Hospital. She was 79-years-old.

“She was surrounded by her children: Michael Wilding, Christopher Wilding, Liza Todd, and Maria Burton,” Taylor’s publicist, Sally Morrison, said in a statement.
