Tyrone Carter wants to be Chicago’s next mayor.  The questionnaire he filled out provides an important glimpse into a mind that stopped learning somewhere around the age of 12.  The age approximation is based on assessment/comparison data.  The source material I utilized came from written assignments that my son completed at both the age of 9 and 10.  Though my son’s grammar, penmanship, and punctuation were far superior to Mr. Carter’s, Mr. Carter was probably on par with my son’s skills by age 12 after norming the data for inferior public school education, shunning “acting white” i.e. studying, and consuming a steady diet of 60 hours of television a week.
