He’ll make such a wonderful lecturer given his free-flowing oratory.  It must be nice to run a whole city into the deep sea of red ink and come out with sweet deals like this.  What is he going to be spending all that campaign left-over cash on anyway?  What kind of security entourage will accompany him now?
